Necessary expenses other than the product price
If the payment amount is 50,000 jpy or more, we will ship it free of charge.
If it is less than 50,000 jpy, a separate shipping fee will be charged.

Customers are responsible for any fees incurred at the time of transfer.

Overseas product price payment time
Customers from overseas will pay with "PayPal payment" .
As soon as your purchase is complete, a PayPal payment link will be displayed, so please complete the payment.
If you wish to pay after checking the email with details of your order, please make payment within 3 days.
If you are unable to make a transfer for some reason, please contact us.
If you do not pay within 3 days or if you do not contact us, your order will be invalid.
Japanese product price payment time
The payment destination for customers in Japan is "PayPay Bank" transfer.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an (automatic delivery email) to confirm your order details.
At this point, please confirm the details of the transfer destination and complete the payment.
If you are unable to make a transfer for some reason, please contact us.
If you do not pay within 3 days or if you do not contact us, your order will be invalid.

How to request / purchase lure production
To request lure production, select "Production request catalog product" from the catalog products.
When purchasing in-stock items, please purchase from the "Stock items (immediate purchase)" page.
The product price currency is the currency of Japanese yen.
Regarding the reservation quantity for lure production requests, we usually accept reservations for 2 to 6 lures.
Please select at least 2 lure items.
It is possible to select different types of lure products instead of the same product.
It is not possible to produce and sell a single item.
Once you have completed your order through the shopping form, you will receive an automated delivery email with your order details.
Please complete your payment at this point after reviewing your billing details.
As soon as our shop confirms the payment of the product price, we will complete the lure production request / purchase.

Lure production period / delivery time
If you purchase an in-stock item, we will ship it in a few days.
We will start producing the ordered product within a few days after confirming the payment.
The production period of the lure depends on the number of orders,
For example, it takes about 30 to 40 days to produce a set of four products.
When there are many orders, we may have to wait for 1 to 3 months or more.
Unlike general lure production, we finish it through more than 50 production processes.
It will inevitably take several days because it is handmade and super-precisioned at every stage.

Overseas shipping / Japanese domestic shipping

We will inform the customer the details of the completion of the lure ordering product and the shipment.
Lure We will ship the item a few days after the item you ordered is completed.
Overseas customers will ship the products by "Express Mail Service (EMS)" .
Dispatch in Japan will be shipped by "Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin" .

We manufacture and sell lures according to customer's request.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
In addition, it cannot be canceled after the product price has been paid.
